Wedding Pricing & Available Dates

"GarageTown is one of the most unique and upbeat venues in Southern Minnesota."

What's Included with GarageTown LLC Wedding Packages:

  • Event team to assist you from the moment you tour our venue until the end of your event.

  • Photo session access for your engagement and bridal shots with your photographer. (By appointment.)

  • Reservation of venue for ceremony and reception on Friday or Saturday from 10:00AM to 11:30PM.

  • We can accommodate 150 wedding guests.

  • Flexible catering policy.

  • Bar services available if you hire a licensed bartender.

  • Venue does not have preparation spaces such as bridal suite or groom’s quarters. RV rentals are available upon request for an additional fee as noted below otherwise please plan accordingly.

  • 8' Banquet Tables (which can accommodate 8 people each) and neutral folding chairs are included.

  • Canoe and coolers for drinks. (You provide the drinks and ice.)

  • Outdoor mosquito control.

  • Clean up services.

  • Custom event signs.

  • Outdoor ceremony location with pergola.

  • Rustic shed for indoor space.

  • Onsite parking lot and parking attendants. (Overnight parking is allowed. Vehicles must be picked up by 10AM the next day.)

  • Onsite restrooms - (2) standard Port-A-John's included - and sink.

  • Microphone and Bluetooth sound system (1,100W) access is available for the wedding ceremony. Bluetooth sound system is also available to be used for the reception for an additional rental fee. (An opportunity for the clients to save money on DJ and live band by playing personalized playlists.)

  • Campfires - weather permitting. (Wood included.) (During the cooler months, we do not have indoor heating so the best we can accommodate is with outdoor firepits.)

  • Playset for children and lawn games for adults.

  • Pets are not allowed on the property besides accommodations that are made in advance for the wedding ceremony only.

What's Not Included with GarageTown LLC Wedding Packages:​

  • Choose your own caterer / food trucks.

  • Liquor and Bartender (with professional and liquor liability insurance).

  • Photographer of your choice.

  • Decor / Flowers (Couples are responsible for setup and take down of personal decor Friday/Saturday/Sunday morning.)

  • RV rentals are available from RVShare.com for preparation spaces such as bridal suite or groom’s quarters and overnight stay. (Approximately $200 each per night.)

  • Bluetooth sound system rental fee of $250 for reception. 

  • Upgrade to white folding chairs for $3.00 each.

  • White table linens are available to rent for $10 each.

  • Popcorn wagon is available to rent for $50 plus popcorn fee.

  • Additional Port-A-John's for $175 per standard unit.

GarageTown LLC Wedding Pricing:​​

  • Friday or Saturday Ceremony and Reception (10AM-11:30PM) is $5,000.

  • Pricing for wedding ceremony only is $2,500 which includes Friday or Saturday Ceremony along with 1 standard Port-A-John and neutral folding chairs.

  • Plus event insurance policy for $1 million dollar coverage is required - $175 per event. See Markel Insurance link - https://www.markelinsurance.com/event .

  • Plus $500 damage deposit which will be refunded to you one week after your event.

Payment: 

  • The down payment is 50% of the full price which is nonrefundable and required to book your event.

  • The remaining balance is required 30 days before your event.
