Private photo sessions - $50 per hour. By appointment only.
What's Included with GarageTown LLC Private Event Packages:

Event team to assist you from the moment you tour our venue until the end of your event - private classic car roll in, reunion, retirement, celebration of life, etc.

Full use of property during the agreed upon time of your event.

Bring your own liquor and choose your own caterer / food trucks. No alcohol will be sold at our venue.

Canoe and coolers for drinks. (You provide the ice.)

Outdoor mosquito control.

Clean up services.
-
Complimentary rustic decor items.

Rustic shed for indoor space.

Onsite parking lot. (Overnight parking is allowed. Vehicles must be picked up by 10AM the next day.)

Onsite restrooms - (2) standard Port-A-John's included - and sink.

Campfires - weather permitting.

Playset for children and lawn games for adults.
What's Not Included with GarageTown LLC Private Event Package:

Decor (You are responsible for setup and take down of personal decor before/after event.)

Microphone and Bluetooh sound system (1,100W) rental fee of $250.

Tables, chairs, and white table linens are available to rent.

Popcorn wagon is available to rent for $40. (You provide the popcorn.)

Additional Port-A-John's for $150 per standard unit.
GarageTown LLC Private Event Pricing:

$2,500 per event.

Plus event insurance policy for $1 million dollar coverage is required - $175 per event. See Markel Insurance link - https://www.markelinsurance.com/event . This also covers liquor liability for you to bring your own beverages.

Plus $500 damage deposit which will be refunded to you one week after your event.
Payment:

The down payment is 50% of the full price which is nonrefundable and required to book your event.

The remaining balance is required 30 days before your event.
